In a very small number of cases users have had BOTH their username and password set to a blank.
This means that when you try to retrieve your username or password you get blanks, which still do not work when you try to log in.

While we obviously accept that this is happening to a VERY small number of people, we have been unable to recreate the error. Until we can recreate the error
we will not be able to fix the problem. But that does not mean there is nothing that can be done.

Please enter your email address in the box below. Use the same email address that you used when you registered.
We will then reset your username and password and send you the temporary information.

For now you will have to keep the username but you should change the password as soon as you are able to.

Please do not use this if this is not your problem.
IT WILL RESET YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD and is NOT UNDOABLE !
