Talent Show Members Only - Talent Show Video is now available in the school office (one per family).
June 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 - Dismissal 11:00 am. Bus Service. No Afterschool.
June 23 - Tar Beach. Students should bring a towel and a bottle of water. Students who participate in dress down may dress down (school appropriate) and students who do not participate in dress down can wear their gym uniform.
June 23 - Brooklyn/Queens Catholic Schools Night - Mets vs. Tigers. Flyer enclosed in Tuesday Folder.
June 25 - Last Day of School.
SMART TUITION - If you do not receive your smart tuition statement by next week please contact the school office or Smart Tuition.
LAST CALL - OUR LADY OF GRACE SUMMER PROGRAMS - Summer School - 30 hour program every Tuesday and Thursday 9:00 - 12:00 Tutoring - For remediation or enrichment every Tuesday and Thursday June 29th to July 29. Please call the school office for additional information. 718-375-2081
Service Hours - Payment of $125 is now due for those who have not completed service hours.
Delinquent Financial Accounts - No personal checks accepted. Only bank checks and money orders. No participation in graduation ceremonies or trips and report cards or record transfers will not be issued until financial accounts are up to date.
WE NOW HAVE A HOME SCHOOL COUNCIL SUGGESTION BOX LOCATED OUTSIDE THE SCHOOL OFFICE. ANY PARENT WHO HAS A SUGGESTION, COMMENT OR IDEA THAT YOU WISH TO SHARE ARE ASKED TO PLACE THEM IN THE SUGGESTION BOX.
Registration for new students to Nursery - 8th grade for the 2010-2011 school year is now taking place. If you need registration forms please contact the school office.
There will be a $10.00 fee charged for any duplicate copies requested for report cards, state tests, etc. and a 3 business day completion.
Please be courteous of our neighbors and do not park in or block any driveways when picking up or dropping off your child. Use the OLG parking lot.

SAVE THE DATE - Art Auction - November 7, 2010. We will be doing a Journal for the Art Auction. We are asking parents to solicit for advertisements for the Journal. A full page is $30 and 1/2 page is $20. In addition to soliciting outside maybe we could reach out to family members and friends to put an ad in - business cards, congratulations, good wishes, etc. Anyone who obtains 10 or more advertisements will receive a "FREE" ticket to the ART AUCTION. To obtain a copy of the solicitation letter please call the school office.
October 23 - Third Annual Alumni Celebration Honoring Classes of 1970 and 1985. All Graduating Classes are Welcome!
